Role Overview

We are expanding our presence in Miami and we are eager to continue growing our Client Services team. As a Corporate Media Producer with a specialization in corporate media production, you will work closely with our clients to ensure service excellence. In addition, you will support multiple internal business segments (operations, finance, development and sales). The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, motivated, and a critical thinker who is able to execute with a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Working with our clients to execute media-based deliverables, primarily focused on our Deal Roadshow and Evercall services
Recording and editing corporate presentations using audio and video editing software (Audacity and Adobe Premiere)
Regularly reviewing live and pre-produced event bookings to ensure all media components are accounted for and prepared ahead of launch
Coordinating business conference calls and live web events
Providing best-in-class phone, email and live chat service and support to our clients in a fast-paced environment
Preparing and maintaining operational procedures to facilitate service and support
Soliciting and internally communicating client feedback

What you bring

Hard Skills

1-2 years of experience working in professional audio or video production (Preferred)

Strong proficiency with computers

Proficiency with online research (knowing how to find things online beyond “Googling it”)

Soft Skills

Demonstrated critical thinking : Ability to analyze nuanced client inquiries and draw informed conclusions

Attention to detail with strong project management skills : You can manage various tasks and prioritize deliverables & deadlines effectively

Self-starter who is able to offer solutions to a wide range of impromptu challenges during media productions

Strong time management practices and ability to get things done

Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Good attitude and coachability

High degree of reliability and trustworthiness

Shift Availability

8AM to 5PM EST, Monday - Friday

9AM to 6PM EST, Monday - Friday

Location

Waterford Business District, Miami

Compensation

Base Salary : $48,000 - $50,000 annually

End of Year Discretionary Bonus
