Timekeeping Clerk
Enter employee timesheet data into designated systems with speed and accuracy.
Review submitted timesheets for completeness and consistency.
Verify time entries against schedules and job codes.
Flag and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.
Maintain organized digital records for audit and reporting.
Assist with time data reconciliation for payroll processing.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding time entry procedures.
Support payroll and HR teams with time-related data entry tasks during peak periods.
Proficiency in data entry and timekeeping systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and timekeeping platforms such as Kronos, ADP, or Workday.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a fully in-office role where you will work alongside a team of 3 Payroll Specialists and collaborate closely with 2 Data Coordinators. You will report to the Payroll Manager and work from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime work.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
