Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem | Gohanna Solutions

Your Impact

Deliver hands-on patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.

Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide personalized, high-quality care.

Perform essential nursing procedures such as injections, blood draws, and catheter care.

Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.

Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas that enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Active LPN license in the state of practice.

1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

BLS certification (required).

Dedication to patient-centered care and professional excellence.

Preferred Experience

Previous per-diem or travel nursing experience.

Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Additional certifications (e.g., phlebotomy, wound care ) are a plus.
