- Experience & Age
- Minimum Age :
- 23 years
- Experience :
- 18+ months OTR / Regional tractor-trailer (53’ trailer) in the last 3 years
- Driving Record
- Moving Violations :
- Max 4 in 36 months; no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- Major Violations :
- No hit & run, leaving the scene, or failure to report an accident in the last 36 months
- Speeding :
- No excessive speeding (15+ mph over limit) in the last 36 months
- Accidents :
- No preventable accidents with fatalities / injuries in the last 3 years; no accidents (sideswipes, overturns, rear-end, jackknife, run-off-road, overhead strikes) in the last 6 months
- License & Employment
- License :
- No current suspensions / revocations; valid Med card required
- Employment History :
- No more than 6 jobs in the last year; all unemployment gaps must be explained
- Terminations :
- Multiple terminations may disqualify; each case reviewed individually
- Criminal & DUI / DWI
- Criminal Convictions : Will be reviewd
- DUI / DWI :
- None in the last 7 years
- SAP Program Requirements
- All follow-up and testing plans must be FULLY COMPLETED before submission.
- Neuropulse completion required for PSP violation disqualification consideration.
- More than 3 unsafe violations on PSP requires VP of Safety approval.
- Owner Operator Bonus
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
