Ciklum is looking for an Expert Product (UX / UI) Designer to join our team full-time in Dubai. About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Expert Product (UX / UI) Designer to join our dynamic and innovative Customer Experience (CX) team in UAE. As a key member of our creative and collaborative team, the ideal candidate will be open-minded, highly experienced, and proactive in engaging directly with front-line sales efforts. This role is pivotal in transforming opportunities into successful projects. As an Expert Product (UI / UX) Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients' current strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and a passion for creating stunning and user-oriented products.

Our client is a technology business that runs large-scale transformation engagements across various verticals, including the public sector. You will be part of a key initiative to modernize a nationwide government platform through comprehensive digital transformation. By leveraging advanced web portals, mobile applications, CRM systems, predictive analytics, and AI, our dynamic team aims to enhance and streamline core services for government officials, the legal ecosystem, and citizens. Our primary focus is on ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and adherence to rigorous performance and security standards.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement CX strategies to increase efficiency and revenue.
• Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points.
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems.
• Oversee project management, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines.
• Strategically think of the product from a high level to connect the missing dots.
• Present your design work and articulate your design decisions.
• Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work.
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review, and feedback in the final test build and after release.
• Partner with the owners to develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for our clients, ensuring all designs align with brand goals and target markets.
• Work closely with highly talented User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Lead Developers.
• Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems.
• Manage design workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time and budget.
• Oversee the use of design assets and manage digital asset libraries.
• Above all, be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all around the world.
