This role is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and overall care of our apartment community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with experience in apartment maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
- Identify and repair maintenance issues with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to address concerns and provide updates
- Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including :
Light carpentry
