Business Analyst

Compensation : $83,000 - $95,000 per year. You are eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 7.5% of your annual earnings; terms and conditions apply.

Business Analyst - Hybrid in Aliso Viejo, CA

The Analyst position is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting. This position will work on the Business Analyst team establishing effective and accurate financial models, focusing on insurance / health plan reimbursement, assessing key business metrics, creating accessible reports, evaluating progress, and providing actionable data-backed insights.

You are someone who loves collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and visualizing data. This job would involve helping to define what data to gather, highlight, and display to drive action.

Essential Functions

• Assist with projects as requested
• Approach work with high attention to detail
• Come up with creative technological solutions
• Using health plan claims and prior authorization data to increase collection rates and drive profitability proactively
• Use analytics tools to mine data and apply machine learning for actionable insights
• Automate workflows and train other departments on automation
• Work with AWS Data Lake / QuickSight and Tableau to combine data and create reports
• Other duties as assigned

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
