Overview : Pinkerton, a global leader in enterprise risk management services, seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds to join our team. The Global Security Operations Center Support Operator will oversee the daily operations of the GSOC, ensuring the validity of global crises and supporting watch floor operations.

Responsibilities :

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Organize daily operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Determine the validity and impact of global crises.
• Oversee records of communications and events.
• Support watch floor operations including setting criteria, incident assessment, and training.
• Communicate requirements for additional software, hardware, and staffing modifications.
• Gather and manage information and intelligence about domestic and international events.
• Perform quality assurance functions to maintain project integrity.
• Collaborate with GSOC management and ensure compliance with global expectations.
• All other duties as assigned.
