The Role :

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team in Mississippi. In this role, you'll generate new business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored risk management solutions to businesses of all sizes. What You'll Do

• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline of commercial clients across MS.
• Present customized insurance solutions, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and more.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing long-term client relationships.
• Create proposals and clearly explain policy options, terms, and pricing.
• Stay current on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
• Report regularly on sales performance and account activity.
