The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent selling and customer service skills, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers in both Spanish and English.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
