Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Desire to mentor and teach emerging professionals; willingness to collaborate with teammates
• Experience mentoring others
• Professional accredited degree in Architecture preferred
• Licensure required
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment

In WA the standard base pay range for this role is $70,000-$125,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to WA and may not be applicable to other locations. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. BRR pay and benefits can vary by location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment and employment status.
