Job Description Summary

As an EHS Manager , you'll provide strategic direction, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to hourly, salaried, and management personnel in support of environmental, health, and safety initiatives. You'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, driving sustainability, and fostering a culture of safety across our operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead EHS programs.
• Coach a facility on how to identify and mitigate safety, health, and environmental hazards.
• Ensure completion of EHS training aligned with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
• Responsible for the EHS programs for compliance with company standards and government regulations.
• Monitor leading metrics and performance trends to drive a strategy to a safety driven and sustainable facility.
• Collaborate with different departments to implement sustainability and risk management strategies.
• Develop and establish EHS policies, including incident reporting and vendor management.

Summary Pay Range :

$95,640.00 - $143,520.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
