CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF BROOME COUNTY Behavioral Health Professional – Level 1 –FFT  Full-time Salary range $24.15-$27.18 / hr.                                                     FLSA (Non-Exempt) I.  QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education / Experience   Masters degree in  social work, psychology, or mental health counseling required.
• LMSW preferred.
• Two years’ experience working in Behavioral Health.
• Skills Knowledge of Behavioral Health field Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Good organizational and time management skills                                 4.
• Good oral / written communication skills                                 5.
• Good interpersonal skills            6.  Knowledge of community agencies and resources            7.  Familiar with computer programs (e.g.
• Word, Excel)            8.  The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items                                weighing 40 lbs.            9.
