Job Title : Travel Surgical Technologist OR General

Location : Hyannis MA 02601

Contract : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day / Night 58 hrs

Pay : $52$57 / hr

Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced TravelSurgical Technologist to support a multi-specialty OR team. This role ensures a safe sterile environment and provides hands-on support throughout all phases of surgery.

Responsibilities :

Set up the OR : instruments equipment sterile fields and solutions.

Maintain strict infection control and AORN standards.

Perform scrub duties across multiple specialties.

Test and prepare equipment before procedures.

Pass instruments assist with suturing retraction and surgical counts.

Handle label and process specimens.

Assist with patient positioning transport and dressing application.

Operate sterilizers lights suction and other OR equipment.

Prepare / label medications under surgeon / RN supervision.

Support room turnover and restocking.

Protect patient privacy and ensure safety at all times.

Participate in ongoing training and uphold facility standards.

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech / OR Tech program.

National certification (NBSTSA) within 12 months; must remain current (NCCA-recognized).

Active BLS.

Orthopedic experience preferred.
