Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email channels

Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate system

Required Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

Computer savvy and comfortable working with multiple monitors

Familiarity with Android and IOS mobile applications
