In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you will manage inbound inquiries across phone, email, and chat platforms while providing timely, accurate, and professional support. You’ll research solutions across multiple systems, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities :

Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients such as mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and insurers.

Verify property and loan details, including ownership, valuations, tax records, and mortgage information.

Assist with mortgage report orders, troubleshooting, and resolving discrepancies in property or loan data.

Log into multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM and property / mortgage data platforms.

Check queues for carryover cases and ensure readiness to meet service-level goals.

Document every interaction thoroughly, including complete TAPE information (Taxes, Assessments, Property, Escrow).

Provide clear recaps at the end of each call to ensure customers understand next steps.

Adhere to schedule requirements, performance targets, and company policies.

Participate in team training, mock call experiences, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in each of their last three roles to be considered for this position.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries.

Positive, empathetic approach to customer service.
