The Gardens by Morningstar is a warm and welcoming assisted living facility located in the heart of Oswego, NY. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our leadership team.
Job Summary : Works collaboratively with the Regional HR Director to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate with Department Managers the completion of all new hire paperwork and orientation. Ensure all records are compliant from a regulatory standpoint.
- Works collaboratively with all department managers to assist with onboarding, disciplines, performance reviews, etc.
- Actively involved with recruitment and retention- posting and updating job posting sites.
- HRM is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming impression on all new applicants and facilitates engagement with the hiring manager within the facility to ensure a smith hiring process.
- Assigned as the Authorized Person within CHRC to submit and monitor all recordkeeping related to CHRC.
- Weekly payroll processing.
- Maintains accurate employee records to ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are met.
- Assists Regional HR Director with audits throughout the year as needed (401K, Payroll, Licensures, etc)
