Required :

Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D. in Pharmacy required

RPH certification from the state of Texas required

2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience (preferred) OR 5+ years retail pharmacist experience at a high volume store

20 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred
