Responsibilities

Senior Product Engineering Manager role description :

• Lead the Product Engineering team and enable team growth through internal development and strategic hiring.
• Help define manufacturing plans for the next generation FPGA and SOC product line.
• Develop plans and drive execution of qualification of advanced and industry-leading FPGA and SOC products.
• Supervise and support test limit validation, yield enhancement, failure analysis to enable fast rollout.
• Champion offshore bring-up, address yield issues, and drive corrective actions to meet revenue goals and streamline new product introduction and production ramp.
• Drive continuous innovation to improve yields, quality, and time to market.
• Enable customer shipments and support customer\'s requests to accelerate technology adoption revenue ramp.

Benefits of working at Microchip

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $90,000 - $232,000.
