Job descriptionMy client is a diversified civil engineering group specializing in site investigation and design, geotechnical inspection and analysis, foundation design, structural design, and construction inspection and testing.They are looking for an experience Civil Engineer with a strong Site Design background. Must have experience with site design, land development for Housing, Municipality, and Public sectors. Must have experience with drainage, storm water, land Development, paving, Utility Layout, and experience working with Permits.Skills : BSCE Civil Engineering; Civil 3D; we are looking for a self-motivated individual for land development projects. Responsibilities will include site layout, grading and drainage design, utility design & coordination and client contact. Person should have 2-5 years design experience; Bachelor"s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2+ years of engineering and team management experience Experience with public / private, state, commercial, educational, and institutional projects Proficient in Civil 3D Possession of valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Strong leadership, mentoring, team building and engagement skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time
