As a Permanent Territory Sales Representative in the Tech Services industry, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales quotas. Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with innovative tech solutions that solve their most pressing problems. Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals within the assigned territory.
2. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales to exceed sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
4. Utilize CRM systems to track sales metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
6. Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our tech services and their benefits.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech services industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a sales territory.
4. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
6. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and account management.
7. Ability to deliver compelling presentations to a diverse range of clients.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
9. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a 'hunter' mentality towards sales.
10. Experience in flexible packaging sales is a plus.
