Oxford Solutions has a contract-to-hire opening for a Customer Support Specialist with bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English to join our client's online healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries
- Provide accurate support for healthcare and pharmacy programs; triage when needed
- Document call information and maintain confidentiality of patient data
- Use knowledge base tools and follow company protocols
- Meet performance targets and contribute to improving patient experience
- Stay current on product updates and process changes
Requirements
