• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of digital solutions tailored for pharmaceutical R&D environments.
• Must have Benchling and Empower functional consultant experience.
• Translate complex scientific and regulatory requirements into actionable product features and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure product alignment with R&D goals.
• Analyze large and diverse datasets from drug discovery and clinical systems to generate insights that drive innovation and efficiency.

Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, including GxP, regulatory guidelines, and data integrity protocols.
