Job Description :
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza, you are the friendly face of our brand. You’ll help customers place orders, provide information about our menu, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
 - Take accurate orders, promote special offers, and handle payments using the POS system.
 - Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
 - Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times.
 - Assist with stocking ingredients, managing inventory, and supporting team operations.
 - Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth service.
 - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
 
Minimum Requirements :
Must be at least 16 years old.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, punctual, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Basic math skills for order accuracy and handling cash.Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service or food service.Enthusiasm for learning and a positive, energetic attitude.Familiarity with Domino’s menu and service standards.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., ingredient cases, sauce, or dough trays).Perform repetitive tasks such as reaching, stooping, and handling kitchen tools.Occasional ladder or stair use for cleaning or restocking.Work Conditions :
Exposure to varying temperatures (hot ovens, coolers, outdoor areas).Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks.May handle cleaning agents and be exposed to food odors or flour dust.Delivery Support (if applicable) :
Assist drivers by preparing and organizing delivery orders.May occasionally deliver orders within the local area (if licensed and assigned).Ensure all delivery items are complete, accurate, and safely packaged.Why Join Us :
