Licensed K-12 Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

Claycomb Associates, Architects is seeking a K-12 Education - Licensed Architectural Project Manager in our Austin, Dallas and Houston locations due to the expansion we are experiencing. This position will manage multiple projects at the various stages of pre-design, design, bid document preparation and construction administration. As well as coordinate construction documents, lead client meetings and oversee the project team in the documentation of project deliverables. Requirements :

• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited university
• Registered Architect
• Self-motivated, team player with analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator with relationship management skills
• Works well under pressure and adjusts work accordingly to meet deadlines
• Resolves conflict effectively and encourages a health team environment
• Minimum of 8-15 years of experience working in an Architecture firm, 5 years leading projects.
• Experience in K-12, Higher Education and Commercial market sectors is preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe products, MS Office and MS Teams.
