Business Analyst

About the Role :
Looking for Senior Business Analyst to bridge the worlds of retail innovation, digital
experiences, and operational rollout. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams
and external stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support
the successful delivery of high-impact retail solutions—across physical and digital
environments. This is not a sit-in-the-corner-and-take-notes kind of role. We want a
collaborator, a translator, and a strategic thinker who can decode complexity and
help shape the future of customer experience design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across retail, design, and digital teams.
- Translate high-level business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and wireframe-level specs.
- Support cross-functional delivery teams across creative, development, and rollout workflows.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, or digitization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements between systems (CMS, DAM, project tracking).
- Assist in the creation and management of project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews; ensure alignment and accountability.
- Create reporting, dashboards, or insights to support strategic initiatives. Serve as a strategic thought partner—helping to connect dots across teams, tools, and channels.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in retail, digital, or experience design environments.Proven ability to work across creative, operations, and tech teamsStrong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitationExperience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent toolsWorking knowledge of CMS platforms, digital signage, POS systems, or customer experience tools is a plusFamiliarity with wireframing, UX thinking, or digital prototyping (Figma, Balsamiq) is a bonus—not a dealbreakerData-savvy : proficient with Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or light SQL is helpfulStrong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to both execs and end-users
