Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Support Specialist to provide administrative and booking assistance for destination travel arrangements. This remote position involves supporting our travel advisors and clients by handling trip logistics, coordinating with vendors, and resolving booking-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation

Communicate with clients to confirm itineraries, manage updates, and provide support

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate reservations

Respond to client questions and resolve travel-related issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of client bookings and service history

Monitor trip details, deadlines, and payments to ensure smooth planning

Provide post-booking support and help with changes or cancellations as needed

Requirements :

Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or hospitality preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking tools or CRM systems

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
