Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, serve as the primary day-to-day contact, escalate issues appropriately, and identify cross-sell opportunities that align to the client's strategic plan
• Oversee the client lifecycle and service model (with support from Senior Consultants/Analysts), manage renewals/negotiations, develop financial models and benchmarking analyses, and coordinate open enrollment and compliance deliverables
• Mentor and review analysts, perform quality reviews of team work, coordinate multi-team project delivery, and ensure timely completion of tasks using internal tools and templates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' related experience with a consultant/broker, carrier, or HR team; Life/Accident & Health license required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Deep technical knowledge of Health & Welfare benefits and compliance, advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, strong financial acumen for modeling and data-driven recommendations
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, proven ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines, strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel as required

Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $85K to 120K per year.
