A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy services to clients in a hybrid work environment

Participate in weekly case consultations and receive or provide supervision

Utilize an EMR system and collaborate with support staff for administrative tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be licensed as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts

Experience in outpatient mental health therapy

Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, including telehealth

Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision
