The Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in the daily operations of the pharmacy by assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate service. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Receive and process prescription orders from patients, physicians, and electronic systems.
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and process claims.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory.
• Label and package prescriptions according to legal and pharmacy guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.
• Support inventory management and restocking of medications and supplies.
