As a patrol unarmed officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSun03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or potential threats to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.
  • Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the healthcare location.
  • Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
