Exterior Professional

Currently our biggest need is someone that can estimate and do exterior repairs such as :

Repair and Replace of Siding aluminum, vinyl, Hardie plank, LP

Repair and Replace Fascia and soffit aluminum, wood, LP, Hardy

Bend aluminum for All Trim, fascia, etc. we have a Brake Press

Repair and Replace Trim around windows and doors

Must Have :

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Live within the area
• Have 10+ years’ experience as a paid Exterior Professional
• Own your own tools
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle
• Complete a background and driving record check
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to safely work at heights and work overheard for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.66 to $33.75 and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall. Some benefits options include : Health and Dental Insurance, 6 paid holidays per year, paid vacation, and other

benefits as described in the employee handbook.
