We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide ( HHA ) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the following counties Clay Duval Baker St. Johns Flagler Volusia and Nassau counties in BAYADAs Assistive Care Division.

Pay Rate : $16 / hour - $18 / hour

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse y oull p rovide personal care services household support and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
