Job descriptionLoad containment wall materials onto the truck, transport to job sites, and unload upon arrival. Install and dismantle temporary containment systems according to TWS procedures and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for. Work collaboratively with team members to meet job specifications and deadlines. Experience : Minimum of 1 year in the construction industry (experience with containment systems preferred). Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift and handle heavy materials on a daily basis. Drivers License : A valid drivers license is required. Transportation : Must have reliable, personal transportation to and from job sites. Compliance : Must complete a pre-job work-prep memo and comply with safety and uniform standards (work pants, safety vest, hard-toe boots, gloves, personal water; hard hat optional). This is a 1099 independent contractor role , not a W-2 employee position. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Work is project-based and hours will vary depending on job schedules. This role is best suited for individuals who value flexibility and are comfortable working on an as-needed basis.

We are currently looking for a 1099 Service Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role involves the installation and dismantling of temporary containment systems at job sites across the Tampa area.
