1099-Base $300,000 / year, 10 weeks off, OT rate for hours beyond 40 Potential to make 305,000 per year

Collaborative model with Physician Anesthesiologist on-site for pre-ops and efficiency

Schedule : Mon-Fri 7 AM-3 PM (NO CALL, NO HOLIDAYS, NO WEEKENDS), one room runs until 5 PM with peel-off system

CRNAs rotate between ASC and nearby orthopedic facility

Cases : GI sedation, Orthopedics, Urology, Eyes, ENT, Dental Restoration, Outpatient Cath sedation

Providers can perform their own blocks; training available
