Key Responsibilities
Lead the Precision Guidance Business Development team to grow the orders pipeline
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify objectives and requirements
Collaborate with leadership for bid / no bid reviews and proposal development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or armed forces
Strong understanding of the DoD weapons community and relevant organizational relationships
Must have Active US Secret Clearance
