Responsibilities :

Full Scope Primary Care :

Provide a full range of primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.

Clinical Expertise :

Review patient history and conduct thorough physical examinations.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment, referring patients to specialists as needed.
• Utilize quality clinical diagnostic skills in patient care, reviewing test results and recommending suitable management plans, including preventive health recommendations.

Prescriptive Authority :

Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans.

Relationship-Centered Care :

Provide relationship-centered care, considering the patients psychosocial and physical needs.

Documentation and Communication :

Collect and record patient information, maintaining complete and accurate medical records.

Educational Engagement :

Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings.

Qualifications :

Education and Training :

Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or foreign equivalent.

Experience :

Seeking both experienced and newly trained providers.

Licensure and Certifications :

Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.

Communication and Technology Skills :

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
