Guaranteed Hours : 48 hrs / week

Description :

LPN will provide care for geriatric residents in a long-term care facility. Assignment includes responsibility for ~20 residents, with 8–10 residents per LPN and 4–6 per CNA. Residents typically require wound care but no tracheostomy or acute care needs. Duties include medication administration, direct patient care, and oversight of CNAs. Candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking, independence, and the ability to provide care with dignity and respect.
