About the role
As a startup sales leader at Anthropic, you'll build and lead a high-performing team of account executives focused on driving adoption of our AI solutions throughout the startup ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management to accelerate revenue while ensuring responsible AI deployment. You\'ll collaborate with GTM leadership, product teams, and engineering to define and execute our startup go-to-market strategy, empowering startups to unlock new use cases and achieve breakthrough results with Anthropic\'s emerging products.

Salary : The expected salary range for this position is $280,000 - $350,000 USD.
Logistics
Education requirements : We require at least a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy : Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Some roles may require more time in offices.
Visa sponsorship : We sponsor visas. If we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to obtain a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
