Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, evenings Employment Type : Travel The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory and pulmonary therapy, management, and rehabilitation under the direction of a doctor. The Respiratory Therapist treats conditions that affect the pulmonary system and help patients who are having trouble breathing from infants to the elderly in a variety of health care settings. Minimum Requirements : Current Respiratory Therapist Certification or Registration for the state in which he / she practices One year of respiratory therapy clinical experience preferred Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Compliance & Ethics Expectations 3 Years of Neonatal Experience. Level III NICU Minimum of 3 Years.
