Job description
Position: Part Time On-Site Working Supervisor - $14.00 per hour
Location : 1508 Edwards Ave., Suite GG, Harahan, LA 70123

Schedule 1: Monday and Wednesday, and Friday 5pm - 8pm

Schedule 2: Tuesday and Thursday 5pm - 7pm

At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time On-Site Working Sueprvior to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of River Parish Behavioral Health Center and River Parish Assessment Center facilities. You will report to OMEX Harahan office where a company vehicle will be provided for you to service each location nightly. Location 1: River Parish Behavioral Health Center 1809 W. Airline Hwy., Laplace, LA 70068

Schedule 1: Monday and Wednesday, 5pm - 8pm. Friday 4pm - 7pm

Location 2: River Parish Assessment Center 232 Belle Terre Blvd. Laplace, LA 70068
Schedule 2: Tuesday and Thursday 5pm - 7pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Work at each site on schedule night.
• Perform inspection of each location nightly.
• Submit checklist nightly.
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins as required by the contract.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required by the contract.
• Dust fixtures, clean glass as required by the contract.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report on supply levels, maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:
• Verifiable Janitorial management with five (5) years of experience.
• Must know how to complete floor work. (Strip and Wax and Carpet Cleaning)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX and school safety protocols.
• Must be 18 years or older
