Job descriptionEmployment Type :Full timeShift :Day ShiftDescription :TheClinical Resource Manager(CRM) at Heartwood Lodge plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality resident care through clinical oversight, staff development, and resource coordination. This leadership position supports the nursing team by optimizing clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence in long-term care.Key Responsibilities :Clinical Oversight & SupportServe as a clinical expert and resource for nursing staff across all shifts.Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.Staff Development & EducationProvide ongoing training and mentorship to nursing staff.Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical employees.Identify educational needs and coordinate in-service training sessions.Quality Assurance & ComplianceAssist with audits, incident reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.Participate in QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) programs.Resource ManagementCoordinate clinical supplies and equipment to support efficient care delivery.Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to maintain coverage and continuity.Resident & Family EngagementAct as a liaison between residents, families, and the care team.Address concerns and facilitate communication to enhance satisfaction and trust.Qualifications :Current RN license in the State of Michigan (required).Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of MDS, care planning, and regulatory standards.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Work Environment :Heartwood Lodge is a respected long-term care facility offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care services.The CRM will work in a collaborative, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.What Perks and Benefits Can You Look Forward to?Paid holidays and generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement annuallyDiscounts with major vendors; AT&T, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Quicken Loans, AND MORE!Day 1 Benefits - Low cost medical, dental and vision insurance plans.
