General Labor - Pipe Plant Team

The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a General Labor - Pipe Plant Team for County Materials at our Oconomowoc, WI location.

Job Duties :

• Prepare and inspect concrete forms before production
• Follow basic production instructions and layout drawings
• Place and secure steel reinforcement using tools provided
• Install concrete accessories in specified locations
• Clean forms, tools, and work areas after production cycles (may require respirator)
• Stage materials and components to keep production moving
• Assist with moving materials using forklifts or cranes (once trained)
• Support quality control, plant cleaning, and safety activities
• Perform other general labor or production tasks as assigned
