Job descriptionPay based on experience, education, and performance Ongoing professional development and career growth Structured, one-to-one client sessions 401 (k) with company match $500 teammate referral bonus Paid time off, holiday pay, short / long term disability, and various insurance options (health, dental, and vision) (for full-time teammates) 18+ years required High school diploma or GED required Strong work ethic Comfortable playing with children Full-time availability (Monday - Friday) Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions

Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.
