Job Summary

Performs manual massage therapy and develops treatment and therapy plans.

General Accountabilities

Provides physical evaluation techniques to determine muscle strength and joint stability.

Performs therapy to control pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

Develops treatment plans by determining clinical data prescribed by doctors.

Takes into consideration medical history of the patient.

Uses therapeutic devices and techniques.

Documents daily sessions.

Attends clinics, as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education : Training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree

Experience : Appropriate certifications and / or licensures with some previous work-related experience
