Job descriptionComprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions Creating and maintaining safe and therapeutic environments Educating patients and their families Ensuring effective pain management Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut CPR certification required upon hire Training in PMT and de-escalation techniques is required within 6 months Perform comprehensive assessments and re-assessments Create individualized treatment plans Administer medications safely and effectively Document nursing processes accurately and timely Collaborate with the treatment team to meet patient needs
