Car Wash in Naples looking for an Assistant Manager . Hired candidates will be trained with online tutorials and must be be proficient in Microsoft Office.   Car wash experience a plus!    Great pay, and commission.

Ensure customer satisfaction,  resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Maintenance ,  Manage inventory, towels.  Train employees, and manage employees schedule and time management.  Complete administrative task on a timely manner.  Maintain safe environment and work experience and willing and able to work all positions when needed.

Assistant Manager Compensation - Weekly Salary $800- $900.00 + commission.

Must work weekends and most holidays

Responsibilities :

Manager-On-Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Car Wash General Manager;

Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.

Follow Car Wash’s operational guidelines, including those of money handling and security, to ensure the safety of all associates during each shift.

Perform all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined on the job descriptions for all the Car Wash employees.
