Position Overview

As a Freight Account Executive, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and deepening relationships with current clients. You'll act as a sales hunter, customer relationship manager, and logistics problem-solver all in one. Your success will be driven by your ability to source freight, build trust, and manage freight execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

Prospect and onboard new customers via calls, emails, networking, and referrals.

Build long-term relationships with customers through responsive service and consistent communication.

Work closely with dispatch, carrier sales, and customer service to ensure loads are covered and delivered on time.

Ensure accurate data entry of all load and customer information into TMS.
