Duet : Partners In Health & Aging provides free-of-charge critically needed services to family caregivers, grandparents raising grandchildren, and homebound adults. This full-time, 40-hour per week, position will serve a key role in advancing Duet's guiding principle of inclusiveness to embrace all people into our community of care. This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
The multicultural outreach manager will improve access to services by delivering programming to and building relationships with diverse populations, with a special focus on outreach efforts to Hispanic and Latino communities, in Arizona and through virtual offerings that extend outside the state. Individuals who enjoy relationship building, direct service, and want to be part of a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable and underserved populations, will excel in this role as part of the Duet team. Job Title : Multicultural Outreach Manager
Reports to : Senior Director of Communications
Responsibilities
- Community Outreach : Conduct multicultural outreach to communities to increase participation of vulnerable older adults and family caregivers, with a special focus on Hispanic and Latino populations.
- Relationship Cultivation : Build and sustain strong relationships with community-based organizations serving diverse populations. Identify, align with, and partner with key stakeholders to expand collaborative opportunities and strengthen Duet's presence in the community.
- Leadership and Engagement : Serve as the lead contact of Duet's multicultural outreach and services team, providing insights to leadership and supporting all service areas.
- Resource and Referral Services : Provide culturally and linguistically relevant resources and referrals to ensure equitable access to support, with an emphasis Spanish-language preferred service recipients.
- Program Facilitation
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-person and virtual presentations, workshops, and programs that engage and mobilize the community around Duet's mission and initiatives.
Partnership Management : Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with program partners, community stakeholders, and volunteers. Support recruitment, training, and engagement of Hispanic / Latino volunteers to strengthen service capacity.Communication and Marketing : Develop and maintain culturally relevant print and digital materials in Spanish and English, including flyers, email campaigns, and website content, to increase brand awareness and promote community engagement.Data Tracking and Grant Support : Enter and track data in databases, monitor deliverables and budgets items for multicultural outreach initiatives, and support oversight of multicultural service contracts.Additional Duties : Carry out additional duties and initiatives as assigned.Personal Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Experience with and extremely comfortable utilizing computers and related technology.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and donor database or CRM systems.Post-secondary education preferred.Able to lift 30 pounds.Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Maricopa County.Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one.Ability to work evenings and weekends to support outreach and special events.Flexible work environmentHealth and life insuranceVacation, personal, sick, and holiday time offWork Location
