Responsibilities :

• Master the calendar like a proset up appointments, coordinate outside sales meetings, and keep CRM systems humming.
• Be the friendly face and voice for borrowers and business partners, attending events and meetings that keep our network thriving.
• Keep communication flowing between clients, processors, and consultantsyou're the heartbeat of the branch.
• Work closely with operations to ensure every loan file is on track and closed with precision.
• Deliver daily and weekly updates to your team so everyone stays in sync and ahead of the game.
• If you're licensed, you'll get to flex your skills with originator duties (where legally allowed)adding even more impact to your role.
• Stay sharp and proactive, tackling tasks with initiative and keeping productivity high.
• Uphold company standards while building strong relationships across the organization.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $20.00 and $22.50 / hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge / skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
